And Another OWH Challenge

Participating in Annette's challenge for the OWH Labor Day blog hop, I used the sketch she chose to create a love card (well, actually I made two!)


First I made the one on the left, embossing the yellow panel (from Club Scrap's Apothecary collection) with a Spellbinder's embossing plate. After putting it all together, I decided to make another card, this time flipping the embossed panel over and running CS Leaf ink over the design. I think the ink really completes the card!

    Thanks for playing along!
    Both versions are pretty but I prefer the one on the right with the inked design. I think the patterned background works well with the solid panels.
