Fall Is in the Air!

I'm excited to start the fall season with a new ALSB kit...Festival. It's got blue, green, yellow, and a bit of white. Perfect for pictures of a corn maze, fall hike, any fall activities! We'll be completing this kit on Monday, October 11. If you are local, and didn't get an invite, let me know!

Taking Some Time Off

I'm going to take the next few weeks off from teaching classes and spend some time with my husband as we celebrate our upcoming 25th wedding anniversary.

I've just ordered some fantastic Club Scrap project kits...classes will be starting in October! From Christmas cards to keepsake boxes to photo albums, there will be something to challenge and delight all of my workshop attendees. Be on the look-out for my class schedule coming soon!

Lovely, Just Lovely

Have you ever seen a field of violets? I have to admit that I haven't, but I can just imagine beautiful shades of purple and green...what a relaxing thought! Join me the 2nd Monday and 2nd Saturday in August, and you can create six 12x12 scrapbook pages reminiscent of violet fields. Soft, pretty colors that are perfect for photos of:

This Month's Scrapbooking Workshop

I'm excited about the kit we'll be using at our ALSB workshops in July. It's called "Roots," and it's made especially for Crafter workshops. I just love the earthy colors--perfect for masculine pages, camping or hiking trips, or any photos that have shades of brown in them.

Six pages for $15...that's quite a bargain! Combine that with a couple of hours of fun and relaxed scrapbooking time...what a great way to spend the afternoon or evening.

New Cardmaking Project

I'm so excited to offer a new cardmaking class featuring the Greetings to Go kit for Memoirs, Club Scrap's July 2009 kit. It's got this really cool soft green and a red that's not quite orange, nor pink, but not your typical red either. These have been combined with a brown, white, and an ivory paper they call "Butter." It's a really pretty combination! We'll be making 15 cards, all very different, using a variety of techniques. Check out my calendar!
